 I have placed my order – what happens next?

Once you place your order of goodies you will receive an email notification to your inbox. Please make sure these details are up to date, otherwise you may miss out on this super important info! 

If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us and we can easily re-send.




How are my goodies sent?

All of your gorgeous Me and Leigh goodies are sent via Australia Post.

We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can, however as I am a one woman show, please allow 5-7 days for us to make/package and send your order. I do everything possible to get your goodies to you as soon as possible - I know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!

All items are posted with tracking (details are emailed to you once your order has been posted). Quite often these emails end up in the JUNK folder, so keep an eye out!

If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us and we can easily re-send.

If you need to track your order, please use the details in the email to contact Australia Post. Me and Leigh Creations will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post.




Unfortunately, Me and Leigh Creations will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. This includes wrong address entered at checkout! PLEASE ensure all postal details are correct before checking out. Me and Leigh Creations will not replace an order if these details are entered incorrectly by customer. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information over at the Australia Post website. If you have any questions in regard to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.


Where is my parcel? Is it lost? Missing?

Please keep in mind once your goodies leave our hands we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Australia post times will vary during the year but is usually 4- 7 working days.

Sometimes, Australia Post will lose your parcel. Yes, this happens! BUT, when it does, all you need to do is lodge a complaint using your tracking number online at the Australia Post website. Please also inform us here at Me and Leigh Creations as a complaint will be generated this end too. Never fear as 9/10 parcels reappear!

We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service - regional areas may be longer).

Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, Me and Leigh Creations does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.  We cannot stress this enough!

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size combination is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices.

If you item is faulty, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible and we will offer a replacement (where available) or a full refund.

If you have any questions in regard to any of our products, please email us prior to checking out and making payment. We are always more than happy to help our lovely customers!

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Me and Leigh Creations. It is YOUR decision as a customer to fulfill an order with us.


All information supplied to Me and Leigh Creations will be solely used to dispatch your order and to contact you with reference to your order. Your information will never be supplied to a third party unless required by Law.
